I'm not really a Thomas fan, but I like the star field on Rusty's body (kinda like Sailor Moon). It reminds me of the 1987 Broadway show where Rusty had his rust removed after meeting the Starlight, and no one recognized him when he turned up for the final. (The Broadway version really went back to the Cinderella roots before the big overhaul towards the end of the show's run.)
