Description My beautiful cousin Crystal, was hit and killed while riding her bike March 8th, 2011. It was a tragic, tragic accident but a beautiful and wonderful person has forever been taken from this world.

I simply took this picture of her and edited the background and put in the date of her birth and death. To me, her smile speaks volumes.

Goodbye, Crystal. You will live forever in my heart.

So sorry to hear of your loss dearest Rose; what a dreadful tragedy! ............. remember ........ there is no such thing as death, just a transition from one plane to another .............. on the other side of the veil she is home .......

I was sent this many years ago when I lost my grandma (who raised me) ...... its called I Am Not There (author unknown), I hope it will give you as much peace as it did me

Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.

When you awaken in the morning’s hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.

Do not stand at my grave and cry.
I am not there; I did not die.

Blessings, Love & Light ~Pam~

Thank you, Pam. I have seen this before but it does bring some peace to read it. It's just so hard...Crystal and I were very close when we were little and I wish we could have been just as close later in life. We were only a year a part in age but she always called me her 'Baby' cousin.

Thank you...I know it isn't much, but this picture is how I will always remember my cousin. Her smile was like the sun itself and she could certainly brighten up anyones day.

I miss her very, very much. ::

I am sure that you do, and I do sympathize.. Although it is of little consolation, I like to think that she will always be with you in ways that we cannot know

Once again, thank you. It is much more consolation than you might think. My cousin lived her 28 years of life loving every moment of it, and while she is gone from my life I know she wants me to live my own to the fullest.

Thank you so very much for your kind words. They mean so much to me.
