back story:
Right after her death,
her husband feeling lonely and grief,
was ready to do anything to bring her back,
being one of the facility's guards,
he forced the facility's scientists to do whatever they can
to bring her back,
the scientist decided to Inject her with one of their experiments dealing with Ink,
a project they was working on to find away for a soldier to
defend himself without using any kind of man made weapons.

this giving her the ability to create any weapon needed
with her blood.
