Some times during winter, Kanina takes jobs such as cutting ice blocks from the lake during wintertime. It is said that these will be used for the ice sculpture competition held by the locals. It is a tiresome job, but the payment is good enough.
She needs to cut the ice on the lake and pull it out of the water so that the organizers can come and collect the ice blocks on the lake. It is a labour intensive job, but it is worth it.
