Birthday present for my bestest best friend on the internet. The same one that coerced me to do the poster for :devdust-bit:'s contest. I've been run down a bit so it was nice to be able to have fun experimenting with painting and i'm pretty happy with it C: She's happy with it too so whilst i appreciate crit i probably won't take much action with it on this piece. Ha ha. But if you feel so compelled please do. I fail at likeness though, he looks NOTHING like Ellis, he looks like my cousin D: ANyway i wanted to give her a badass Ellis because everyone draws cutie pie ellis.And LOL ellis has girl hands, i guess that happens when you use yourself as ref.

Might not look 100% like Ellis but my god if this isn't amazing. Love the rain you did, the pose is just fucking excellent (pardon my french) and that grin plastered all over his face is just....Heh.

It looks good, I don't know where the blood is coming from though. I saw this knife right next to his elbow, but the handle is on the side of his skin so I can't work out where that blood is coming from :<.
But nice job on the tone and lighting and the rain. The ambience is great ^^.
Only things that could be looked over for other drawings is perhaps a closer look at the anatomy to correct mistake/or make sure it is right.
Just his shoulder holding the gun looks a bit weird. Just only because his torso is so towards the viewer, but that shoulder has been pushed right back so it looks a little wrong.
