My made up experment inspired by Lilo and stitch the series
He has wings but he can't fly
Too heavy 
Update: He has a name!!!
Thankyou for all your ideas but I desided to go with my sisters idea.... He shall be named ZINGO

Not really no... He's a bit of a failed experiment because he was meant to fly but is too heavy
He is an excellent swimmer but I am yet to draw a picture of him swimming
