That's amazing! Reminds me of a little story I wrote a while ago about a robot (just slightly) I was imagining a scenery somewhat similar in ambiance.

He is in a partially crippled virtual fighting machine which has failed to download the 'friend-or-foe' recognition codes that would prevent it from attacking its allies.
