Arlin Zola I think and knowing him mind controlling Russian he was the guy who renamed himself Dr. Faustus and came up with that nasty chair that Whitehall used to make people comply.
Same method was likely used with Bucky too ...

Me too. just want to know if there's a deeper mystery to how scarlet witch and quicksilver got their powers, if it was exposure to the mind gem (which is the sceptre Loki wielded) that would be a fitting explanation to Scarlet witch's powers which is mind control (like how loki mind controlled the soldiers with the scepter) and her magical blasts (just like loki blasts with blue colored magic using the sceptre)

I so loved this show, wish they'd edge it up and adult-ify her. TV, anime, comic book, live action....
And if someone were to ask me if I would watch/buy that sort of thing, I would say "Please and thank you!"
