Actually, nobody's really sure who it actually was who left the Abandoned Quiche under the bench. Most of the fandom thinks it was Sans (mainly because of a comment Papyrus made about him trying to make a pie once), but it hasn't been confirmed yet.
All we do know is that the Abandoned Quiche was originally based off this weird story that Toby Fox shared on his Twitter (he'd been taking a walk through a park, and came across an entire quiche sitting under a bench, with no explanation of how it got there).
