I'm still working on my colouring. I will probably be doing so until the holidays when I will hopefully get a tablet and will be able to draw once again.Just a little Naruto being all badassy. I've been neglectful of him in the past. But he really is quite cute.
I've been listening to The Order of Phoenix on my MP3 player for the past two weeks... I'm on such a HP kick right now. And colouring is the perfect time to listen to it! It just ended so now I'm off to load The Half Blood Prince *does a little happy Snape dance*

Oh, btw, can I bother you a bit?
Can you tell me a hint or where I can find a good tutorial for coloring a sketch like that, without covering the sketch with colors. :3

I don't mind at all.... but I don't really know any tutorials. I am all self taught. But if you want to know how to do it with photoshop 7 or CS then I can tell you. If you don't have photoshop then all I can suggest is to search here on DA for some tutorials for the program that you have. But if it is photoshop, then I wouldn't mind helping you. It's pretty easy once you get the hang of it. And feel free to ask me anything whenever you need it.

okay, then it's really easy. All you have to do is open the sketch, then make a new layer (if you don't know how to do that I will explain) and then use the dropdown menu on the Layers tab and change it to 'Multiply' so that you can colour right over the top of it. Label the layers for what they are. And everytime you do a different colour, make a new layer. I prefer burn and dodge tool to picking shading colours but if you need more help let me know. Or.... I suppose I could do a tutorial with all this explained. Let me know what you'd prefer. And if you want a tutorial you can provide the sketch (as of right now I'm tabletless).
