story: chase and his friends are at griffin rock's ceremony for a 4th anniversary chase is happy that he is everyone's beloved bot he tells everyone that he loves reading books training and of course caring about his friends but Priscilla thinks it's nasty and yells at him hurting his feelings so Mr burns confront her that it's bad for rescue bots heatwave decided to go check on him chase is in the pool party crying meanwhile hawk moth senses his negative emotions
hawk moth: poor little police bot he is always everyone's beloved but broken rescue bot *creates an akuma* fly away my little akuma and evilize him!
(the akuma flies through griffin rock and goes to the 4th anniversary party where chase is still crying until the akuma enters his pendant necklace with a picture inside of him and his friends)
hawk moth: syren blue i am hawk moth you're heartbroken and lonely? don't worry, I'm giving you the power to hypnotize people so they will love you! and In return you must bring me ladybug and cat noir's miraculouses!
chase: no one will hate on me! i will make them love me forever! (transforms into syren blue)

power abilities:
singing a song to hypnotize people, turning people into dark blue statues if they look too his eyes, siren and bird transformation, using his sharp and pointy claws to hit his targets
