Ok, I'm a waterfall lover.. this is one of those pictures that shows me why.
The greens are amazing, like it was either overcast/raining or you just had a lot of tree cover. Very natural and not overly saturated. It's an amazing shot for it only being 1/4 sec, although I feel that anything truly longer (1-2 sec exposure) might have given you some serious blow out at the base of the falls. On a 1-10, I give it a 9, only because of the right side of the picture there is a small extension of the falls popping out, which takes attention off of the main picture.

Beautiful, great use of shutter speed to get that fluid motion. Fantastic colours as well, this is a gorgeous photograph.
