i don't really like dragon ball (though if you like the series that's completely fine), but i just HAD to draw this.

i can't be the only one who sees this but when i look at a dragon ball it looks like the vulnerable/dormant state of the dark star

in particular Dark star X (which is actually just a simulation created by the DS shaped globins in the boss gauntlet in the challenge node in bowser's body)

however someone told me there were dragon balls that were corrupted, and look at this!

also just trivia on the dark star itself, the dark star is a evil sentient artifact, and if it wasn't for game design it would flat out take over the world no problem, you see the dark star can only be damaged if the dark satellemites it spawns gets deflected back at it and becomes vulnerable after two of the satellemites are deflected back at it, however under any other circumstances the dark star is invincible to ALL attacks and is impossible to defeat otherwise, so if it wasn't for game design all he would have to do is never spawn those minions and he would become unstoppable.
