so i've been thinking about bulbmin lately and something that was inspired by my good friend

so for those who don't know, bulbmin are parasitic pikmin that use bulborbs(mostly) as hosts. they use their root-like limbs to attach to their hosts nervous system and absorb nutrients from their hosts as well as control them.

and i think their original color is orange as the tip of the bulbmin stem is orange.

so my theory is that the parasitic pikmin have onions, but they attach themselves to bulborb queens(aka empress bulblaxes) and use them as hosts. and then spawn their seeds for bulborb larvae to eat.

though the bulborbs who get parasitized don't really seemed to be harmed in any other way though.
