Personality: A people person, she likes to socialize and have a good time. She's always hung around a rough crowd and doesn't plan on changing that anytime soon. She can come off as mean and blunt but is generally a good laugh, however, she has a very short temper and won't hesitate to smack you one if you cross her

History: Born in the upper class district, Elsie was kidnapped from her parents at a very young age by a group of corrupt police officers. As she was being transported, a small group of mutants witnessed and took pity on her, buying her from one of the cronies transporting her. She is unaware of where she originally came from, as the mutants took her in and raised her as one of their own.
She earned the nickname 'Lucky' hrough her gambling habit, as she had a tendancy to always 'win' (aka - she used a state of the art piece of tech that she jacked off some sucker in order to always win) This gave her as a bit of a rep and actually got her banned from a few casinos, although, she did give every penny that she won back to her 'family'.

- Some cyber technology is integrated into her brain, enabling her to do things such as plug into machines and computers
- She has a type 'A' personality when plugged in (Calm and receptive. Somewhat friendly and polite) This however, changes if 'A' becomes threatened and she becomes personality type 'B'
- Type B is in actual fact a virus that Elsie is unaware off, she becomes distraught and manic and has been known to hurt people...badly (For example, she gave Fletcher his Chelsea grin after he threatened to unplug A)

Occupation: Co-owner at The Leaky Robot bar/Runs the after hours club (21+ only I'm afraid)

Social Class: Upper Middle originally, Prefers not to conform to social class norms though

Occupation: She helps run and maintain the Leaky robot bar with her cousin Paige, together they make a pretty good team. She tends to be the one to give unruly customers the literal boot and also manages/runs the after hours club. Making sure patrons, guests and her staff are happy, she fuckin' loves her job haha

History/Background: Born and raised on Ardacia, she was a runaway teenager and a typical 'special snowflake', believing the world and her parents owed her everything. Her restlessness and natural instinct to rebel made her leave, so one day she hopped aboard a deporting air ship and vanished for a good year or so. She made a living selling art as she traveled, not that she ever traveled far of course, pretty much from 'port to port' until she landed back home on Ardacia. She soon wised up enough to get a steady job with at her MOST BESTEST AND FAVOURITEST COUSIN EVERs bar. She still likes to disappear from time to time without a word, most likely off causing trouble for the mayors clean up team.

Other: - Ambidextrous, due to an indecent as a child she was forced to learn how to write with her non dominant hand
- Doesn't smoke tobacco normally, she favors a fruity herbal shisha mix. This is the most surefire way to know that she's been around
