I only saw it briefly in a newspaper before we threw it out, but from what I saw it's about the same size as the 360 except square-er D; it's called the 720 I think- now that'll just make people dizzy!

Oh I see. I have a similar problem, I'm running my 360 against a 24" monitor placed right in front of me on the sofa table and I can't see how this setup would even work with Kinect since the monitor blocks my upper body and face. I'm still using an old fashioned 'fat TV' and I will until the day it dies. I'm not getting a new expensive TV set just for Durango's sake.
I can highly recommend the games, they're really great. I went from a Sangheili lover to a turian lover in less than one second after starting the first game! XD
I found Halo 4 incredibly boring actually. I've been a Halo fan for four years now and I was addicted to Halo 3 for a long time. I just didn't like H4's campaign at all, the new enemies or most of the weapons that much. And there was a LOT of lagging going on during MP as well. Has that been cleared up at all by now or is it still the same?

I had a similar problem but now I use an Ethernet cable it's much smoother, however in some games you might glitch which can sometimes mean you get jumped back every few seconds, or turn up in your armour with your first loadout weapon, this means you show up as red on everyone's radar. This has only happened in Flood to me, but you respawn whenever a Flood kills you back in your armour, and you can't be killed by the spartans xD
I used to use a big ole TV for Halo CE, it was great for a nostalgic feeling xD
And I know what you mean, without Flood in campaign it's not really Halo D; the hard light weapons kinda suck, I hate boltshots and light rifles are dry way too fast -.-
But the binary rifle, scattershot and incindiary cannon are good fun in-game.
Every week I think they try to work out a few bugs.

Oh, I didn't even know about the movie, I just think the name sounds a bit nerdy.
Oh, I've always used Ethernet cables. I used to be on a sub part connection (<1 mb) so that was absolutely necessary. I'm using a 100/10 connection now but I don't really trust wireless networks. What if someone hacks into my computers? The horror! And I could probably write a book about lag and its ridiculous consequences. I've seen it all.

Well, Flood isn't my biggest problem. Without Covenant is .. and seriously? Those robotic looking enemies really suck. I kind of like the light rifles myself, but of course the Binary rifle takes the biscuit. Oh, and that incineration cannon on Spartan Ops. Had a lot of fun with that one.
That's good then. I haven't really kept up with the game since late November myself.

Yus, I got it and meant to play it again on Legendary but I hate the Library so I never moved on, also I'm stuck midway through level 1 on Halo 2 Legendary, so I'd try that before going back.
I know what you mean man, in the others it's Covies, Covies, Flood! Flood and Covies, Flood and Covies etc, but in H4 it's like Covies, Covies, Prometheans! Prometheans and Covies, then just a whole lot of Prometheans D; It's just wrongggg
I do like the way Crawlers and Knights have that red ring around their faces though, makes 'em look kinda silly. Until you remember what it means and them die! xD Oh if I had a pound for every time I'd done that!
I got bored of Dishonored and went and played with my friends x3 also the H4 servers were down the other day! Only the very basic playlists were available, and even though I won a game of Regicide I only got a similar amount of XP as you do for Custom games- barely 500!

Lol, argh, tell me about it! I hated that level, had to redo it so many times before I finally made it through. I think it took me a full week of about six-eight hour gaming just to get through that campaign on Legendary. The other games haven't been nearly as difficult.
Level 1 on H2 .. what was that again? It's been a while. Is it Outskirts? If so, that's my absolute favourite level on Legendary, he he. Well, the tank level is pretty fun too, but I've spent countless hours on Outskirts killing Covenant and teasing Elites.
Ha ha ha, I love how you describe the game progression in Halo 4. It's exactly like that. God, did you play the later Spartan Ops missions on Legendary. They were HELL! In the end I got so annoyed I moved back to Mass Effect 3.

I found the Library to be pretty intense even on Normal xD And the Installation where you find them is quite a pulse raiser, also I find the last levels where you battle Sentinels, Covie AND Flood to destroy Halo.
Not outskirts no, it's in the hangars of the In Amber Clad, Elite Ultras and Generals just come pouring out, and there's barely any ammo around D;
I've gotten to the part when you're closing down portals and then you have to fight back to Infinity, I found it really difficult because all the ordnance vanished in 5 minutes! I was so angry, and then the Phantom got driven away and I failed D; Since then I've just played Multiplayer- yesterday I got destroyed at Grifball, SWAT and CTF
Yeah, wouldn't be fair otherwise I guess, like Covie Snipers have a red 'eye', and I've seen in Multiplayer, when you use a Binary Rifle, there's an orange laser that aims around, so at least you get some indication that you're about to be killed! xD
I've never seen it before, I was shocked that the meticulous 343 could have such a lapse in presentation- speaking of which, whilst browsing my Visors in the Hub I found that they'd made an error, like so;

And god, I honestly only got through that on Legendary once, after I learned about the overcharged plasma-pistol trick to take down the Elites' shields, he he. Sorry, it's been years since I played Halo 2 so my memory is a bit foggy at present.
Ah yes, I don't remember that particular mission but the final season before new year's break was really tough. Or maybe it's just the spawns that are ridiculous. I remember several times on .. Fortress? that rocky map, I spawned with my back against a solid rock wall with nowhere to go and like twenty enemies in front of me .. hopeless. All you could do was keep dying and hoping to take at least one enemy with you, bah.

Aha. I don't think I've ever seen a Binary rifle in MP. Perhaps they added it later. I left off the game in mid November so I'm sure a lot has happened since.
Hm, what is that all about? Totally clueless here. Didn't even know Halo had engineers. Or, that engineers were the same thing as Huragok ... I suppose this is one of those unlockable specilizations (I never got around to)?

Aye, the Cairo Station xD I didn't have the pistol, only SMG and a BR x.x and perhaps a pistol or two.
And yeah, once you respawn twice all dropped weapons vanish, I lost both Spartan Lasers in search and destroy plus two or three swords in that way Dx

Yes it is, I went from Spartan- 50 levels, to Engineer, another ten to 60, and I'm now Wetwork 68. There aren't thinks like Huragok in H4 I don't think, but I've never met one so I couldn't guess their equivalent if there is one.

Oh yeah, I HATED that fact about the Spartan Ops. Bloody ridiculous if you ask me. So in the end I simply stopped using those weapons and relied on my default spawn weapons instead.
There were some crazy maps, I remember that much. One in particular where you dropped down from the roof of the Sandbox crypt at the beginning of each game and had to play on two sloping fields with a ditch in the middle. Something like that. Crazy.
Ah, of course, silly me. SO probably not many players had unlocked that yet back when I played. (All the more reason to never want to play H4 again, because now everyone but me WILL have unlocked super guns like that, bah)
