A humpback whale showing how it's done.My "shot of a lifetime". Maybe I'll get better shots then this later in life but for now I'm very, very happy to have seen this.

I have been able to see this off the coast of New England from a fishing boat; unfortunately, I didn't have a camera with me and my hands were covered with fish slime. What a privledge to be able to capture something like this! It's beautiful.

I went on a whale watch a couple years ago and it was one of the best I had ever been on, the whales were very active breaching out of the water like this, slapping their tails and fins on the surface of the water while they were feeding. All I had was a video cam however, ah well. You got a great capture here, great timing.

It was such a great experience. I didn't capture it all. I put down the camera a couple of times just watching the whale.
