It was a bit of work to figure out the balance between everything within the picture. Especially around her head and avoiding things in the background looking like stuff sticking out of her head. The hands were rendered seperately, so I could have more controll over color and blurr.

oh man, that balance of things gets real hard, but you definitely pulled it off. Funny though, most artists or even photographers don't think about the background much and that something could look like it's sticking out of their head. lol Kudos to you for thinking of it!

Clever idea with the hand, Rov, impression of blurred vision, as well as Dutch angle. Everything else is remarkable as always, and comes with quite an impact. Were it not for portrait orientation this would have been a prefect still from a film, also with color tones and urban futuristic setting.
