Costume is selfmade
Sword is done by painted and details are done by me.
It was done a day before convention so it has many fails, we should remake it someday xD
I love MAGII *___* almost a year since the first time wearing this costume! This is a photo taken at the carnival, still need to make a photoshoot Q-Q and I'm planing to re make the whooooole costume AGAIN, but not know..., want to make many things first xD

By the way.. Alibaba is a very dynamic character throughout the first season of Magi. Have you thought of cosplaying him in a very depressed, emotional state? It might look good. :]

Well, it might be interesting since he does have that kind of feeling when he was in Balbadd and the Kassim stuff happened. Like most of all characters, they always have that moment when they can't be that energic and happy. But I don't really think I could express that kind of feeling since I'm still pretty n00b and I'm not that good in the 'in character' xD I think I will be forever the dynamic happy Alibaba 8D

I find that the best part about art is when you can extract different meanings from the samme piece of art. I learned this after taking an Art History class which basically covers anything and everything that has to do with art from the beginning of mankind to the present.

You are totally right! Event the thing that looks more simple, holds many many meanings, different emotions , etc. I havent study art though , but I think im starting to understand that through the little time i've been cosplaying ^___^ thanks a lot!
