yeah, I was the same way for a long time, I'm actually in the mid-west so the chances of seeing one ever is 0% for most. I randomly noticed him in the indoor pond last year. Apparently they bought him to show off to kids but parents freaked out so he now stays on his own in a small little pond. There's been talks of getting him a friend.
