Description
This was just one of those doodles that slowly progressed into something I actually liked the look of, so I went over the lines, neatened some things up and I want to colour it but I don't really know how I should go about that yet. I like the application of perspective with this kind of style, the piece was fun to work on and I hope whoever sees this enjoys it.Materials used:
0.5mm HB mechanical pencil
Pilot drawing pens (0.1, 0.3, 0.5)
(ruler)
Size:
A4

Hello, how are you!!
I really enjoyed her work so I decided to look into it.
Cyber punk is a type of work that cuts a lot, even my comic books are based on this theme, with an imperfect future of humanity.
This scenario that you did is too beautiful, the details give a valued in the work, the perspective used is perfect, I'm still learning about perspective and setting scenarios, your drawing inspired me a lot.
I was impressed by the care in the details of the scenery you did well done, I imagine it took a long time to complete this art.
I like the shadow effects used in some specific areas to drill a bilgo tone, but for art to be more impacting you could have used shading in more areas but this is just a suggestion since your art is very beautiful even without general shading .
To conclude my analysis, I really enjoyed this work, I love detailed works to see love and its level in creating this drawing, you are a good artist, I feel inspired to improve my futuristic scenarios in my works.
Only defect of this art is not to be colored, I think that your work would be much more beautiful scanned, using shading and colors that reflects well this universe Cyberpunk.
Your work is very good, you did a good job, congratulations.

Hey!
I'm doing good!
This piece is currently still a linework but as soon as I get better at colouring with a cyberpunk theme, I will come back to this and really refine it. I'm so honoured that this inspired you. In terms of the creative process, I had the idea of what I wanted it to look like in my head, but at the end of the day it was basically: Draw a shape, make it obey the laws of perspective and wahay you've got yourself a piece. I cannot remember how long this took me especially seeing as this was also completed in various sessions, But to give a rough estimate I'd say finishing the linework took about 3 hours and going over it all with a ruler and pen probably took a further 2.
Anyway I'm so flattered that you like my piece, and you've definitely reassured me to keep making cyberpunk art. To be fair all of my big pieces are either cyberpunk, steampunk or solarpunk anyways, as these are styles I really like, But I'll take your advice on board and hopefully create some good things in the future!

Hello. I am not a professional at art and as a result my advice could potentially be bad.
You seem to have used a lot of depth and angles to create a sense of depth and scale. The plane above also adds to this feeling as one can compare it to the city. The contrast between the shapes helps this as you use semi-spheres, cylinders and cubes close to each other. Your use of shading in certain areas also adds to this as it contrasts the brighter parts of the page.
However, I feel at times that you could have drawn shadows to create more depth. I also feel that you could have done this by having different buildings facing different angles. You could also had colours to add to this to add depth. I suggest you look at William-Adolphe Bouguereau for this as uses back round colours in a way the adds a feeling of layering. His painting first is a prime example as he uses a 3D shape in this example. The broken Pitcher is another example.
I don't know much about cyberpunk but have found some cyberpunk anime that may be of use to you to be inspired by such as Ergo Proxy and Cowboy Bebop. I made these suggestions so that you might be inspired by the cyberpunk designs used in these animes. Cowboy Bebop can be found on Netflix and has spaceship designs that might inspire you while I don't know Ergo Proxy.
You could also look at the colours used in these anime to inspire you on colour use.
Hope I helped.

Hey there! Thank you so much for your constructive comment, it'll really help when I colour this piece.
I've been looking a lot at cyberpunk artwork and styles to help me learn how to use the colours correctly so I think with a bit more practice I'll take to this piece and try and turn it into something I can be really happy with. Professional or not, your advice is good, so don't worry about that
As for the anime, I don't have netflix but I will certainly check out the ones you've described with images and that. A lot of my inspiration comes from anime and anime related videogames
Ghibli films are absolute classics and xenoblade 2 has such a breathtaking style about it. Thank you so much for your help, I'll be sure to apply what you've said for next time

No problem. As I said I am not an artist so all I can really do is point people at certain places for inspiration. Glad that is what you needed.

Thank you!
Honestly surprised you even noticed the stick figure
(I forgot abut it myself)
But yeah whenever I draw a piece thats scaled pretty large, I draw a little stick figure to help me get my scale right and it usually helps
