Really most of the time I just think I lack the patience. I feel ok painting to the point things are more or less defined, but I never know how to go about rendering. Here I just used textures to cover that, then added the highlights to make it easy and nice to the eye while still having no clue. xD

i can honestly say though that your lack of patience is not at all visible in your artwork! it all looks like it took a long ass time, and it's obvious how much talent goes into it!

Thank you so much for the compliment. It does take a lot of time to make some of my artworks, some others not as much. I just probably need to go through the process of painting many more times, so that I can feel confident about what it's gonna look when finished. I can do that easily with a bunch of photos that look like crap, when when I have a non rendered scene... man it's so hard to figure out how to get to the amount of detail I want. And worst of it all, is that I know, from the few times I've done it, it's actually faster to paint it than it is to fix all those photos so that they look ok together. :s

Haha I feel you, the struggles of an artist sometimes it goes smooth and fast and sometimes you want to throw it away and never look at it again lol. But you are so talented and just need to know it or i will be mad at you
