I love to see the process of how you make things. It's insightful, and rather helpful.
Maybe a tutorial should come soon or something?

I'm glad it was helpful!
I've been thinking about making a tutorial for a while, but of course I can't make one about the whole process. I was thinking maybe a recorded process with commentary, but every time I start to record it becomes a trashed artwork... something about the pressure just throws me off. -.-
What would you like tutorials about?

I get that. It must be a really hard to make art and narrate every single step you make.
When it comes to tutorials, I think there is general sever lack of tutorials referencing light and color/tone matching in photomanipulation.
I have been talking to a lot of people and when I say I use curves to adjust colors, they are surprised because they thought curves are only for light and stuff like that.
I think our community need someone who is pretty amazing at the craft to say, ok, this is how I do this, this is how I do that

Well seems like I managed...

I haven't announced this yet here on DA but whatever, it's out so here you go.
Light/color matching is a hard topic to cover in a tutorial I suppose, because it's very much related to every case in particular.
One method to do it may work for one particular case and not many more. In the end there are several ways to achieve it... Curves and levels you can achieve quite similar results (I use the latter sometimes), Color balance is completely different... Most of the time I use Hue/saturation, because in there you can control each color separately (you can also do that with Selective Color). Mostly... if the process is simple and it works then I'm going for that. xD
But I work much more roughly than most, so this may work for me and not for other people... as in the end a lot of what I do is paint over with a brush and cover the parts that didn't come out alright.

Oh that's totally amazing! Thanks for sharing
Yeah, not all methods work for every single piece. But sometimes it's good to say why I'm using this and not that, so people can use that logic not just copy your workflow.
I'm gonna watch the tutorial and get back to you

You're welcome!
I'll post the whole thing here when there are more people around (aka not in August).
Hope it was helpful somehow. Either way thanks for the suggestions, I'll take it into account for future commentary/tutorials.
