Lily and James from Harry Potterlines by *burdge-bug
I only colored this piece.
I saw her comic page and then she did this, and I loved it. I also needed coloring practice, because I've been absent from Photoshop for a while.
I really need practice
My life as been turned in a few whirls, so currently I have time to draw/color *cough*unemployment*cough*so maybe I can get some practice in.

I am in film, post production to be exact, but I am trying to make my way up, I would like to be on sets and in production and then in preproduction for concept and story boards (my art needs a LOT of improvement before I get it, their pretty serious)But I would love an art meduim career. We shall see~

well I've been and seen what they look for, and it's usually people with 15 years experience, you have to be mastered in figure and lighting. which I am not.

15 years? er thats rough but not impossiable. Best I can say is life study...life study...but then with all you just still need to pay for... Hmmm seeing as I just luck in the world of art I'm not sure what to say.
But I'm sure you'll find some thing with what you got so far

haha well thank you. I havent touched my tablet and photoshop in a long time, or even a sketch book because I've been so busy working, so I figured I would do a coloring practice to get back into the swing of things.

Burdge-bug is one of my Favorite artists as well. Your shading on Lily's hair and Potter's clothing is especially well done.

I've seen this being submitting to one of my groups twice and have already added it to my favourites. Let me just say that that already makes this peice awesome! The original is fantastic as I've favourited that one as well but this piece brings a new depth of innocence to he peice. Very nicely done! Please continue with your artistic career here on DA.

haha, it is burdge-bugs drawing, I just colored it. I really love the way she draws, I was hoping that by coloring it, her awesomeness would transfer into my drawing...alas, that did not work.
