An illustration heavily Inspired by the Goddess Akhilandeshvari from Hindu mythology, also known as the broken goddess.

Akhilandeshvari draws her power from being broken and in a constant state of flux, pulling herself apart and living in different constant selves. She represents the power and opportunity to become new again, putting yourself back together the way you choose.
She is often depicted with a crocodile, a representation of her fear. Instead of rejecting it or letting it control her, she rides on it’s back.

She shows us that the feeling on confusion and brokenness that every human has felt at some point can be a source of beauty and new possibilities.
