i didn't expect a female body builders body to be that gorgeous, im not lesbian or anything but i would love to look like that. i'm just trying to lose weight right now and getting into shape. any tips?

You need to lose weight same time with doing some sport.Fitness maybe .You will lose weight faster and also you strength your body.

you mean i should pick up a sport as well as working out every morning? i have been doing dance cardio stuff for the last month, along with some yoga for stress relief and some walking. i am working on my diet, i live with my dad and my brother who can eat whatever and it doesn't seem to affect them, ugh.

A sport is great if you have one you like and can play easily.  The beauty of a sport is that it isn't 'work', it's fun exercise.  Then throw in some weight or toning exercise and you have a sustainable regimen.  You may never look like this picture but you'll look great in your own way.  Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses as far as physique.  I'm in my 50's now and can still get 6-pack abs w/in a week but my biceps never get big; I can suddenly get shoulders which I never could when I was young so things change over time too.

If you like what you do for exercise you will probably stick with it as you move through life.  Long term consistency is very important for true fitness.  If it's a chore when you get crunched for time you will drop it and may never pick it back up so get in good habits while you have the time or lifestyle to do it.  Kids will kill your exercise routine when they are little; you'll need to be very committed to continue through that phase...I'm not even talking about a pregnancy (cause I'm a guy) just the energy that kids suck from you (all joy, no fun is the best description I've heard for it).  Our youngest just turned 5 and I'm finally getting the amount of sleep I should have.  It's hard to work out when you are permanently tired
