The big brown orca pupper rises! (from his nap)

Cliff Schafer is as blue collar as they come; having worked everywhere from oil rigs to lumber yards across the Northern US and Canada. After losing several jobs to uncomfortable family ties, he fell in with the Canadian Resistance attempting to break Providence's stranglehold on the great white north. He's no genius; he'll admit it, but he has an eye for hardware upkeep, and a bordering on savant-level talent for Ice-magic. His hickish accent and somewhat limited social skills can seem off-putting at first, but his kindness and self-awareness quickly shine through. He would give you the lightly stained shirt off his back - anything he has, really, besides his pride and joy, Rig-slammer. His modified rocket anchor, while cumbersome, has a variety of uses Cliff explores to their fullest, sometimes even using it as an improvised snowboard.

As long as someone shows him the job - Cliff can get it done.
