This is simple, yet elegant, and the contrast and tones make it quite lovely. 
Say, may I ask how you got that glow effect to your lettering? I'm a photoshop noobie.

Well once you've written your text in photoshop (white is usually the best in my opinion, depends on the background colour?) You double click on the text layer and a lil box will come up, click on "Outer Glow" check box and the tab. You just choose what colour you want the glow to be, the opacity etc.
