Wow! This is a beautiful peice! I love the consept, colors, and the details! Now let's get to the pros and cons =]
Cons:
So there isn't much to put here, but maybe I can give you a few tips =]
1. So, the mane and tail is beautiful! But, it could use more highlights, lowlights and color. It is also very full for a horse. The forelock is a tad bit thick, but the overall shape is amazing! The tail could use a few flyways =] I love your base color and shape!
2. The outline is genius! I can never get mine to be so wonderfully shaped (so I gave up!) just maybe try blending it in a bit more and use a brighter color then the horse (like for this one- a low yellow with a tint of silver) then erase it at a very low persentage. I sure wish I could do outlines like this!
3. Your butterfly could use a bit more blending into he background and the eye could use a bit more defining! Otherwise, I love it!

1. Your stock choice is PERFECT!! I love the way the horse is blended to where it looks like the horse was already there!
2. You did a fantabulous job blending the background! The hooves look awesome!
3. Wonderful job on the shadow!
