Description
This was a comic I drew one Thursday after a girl in my Choir who I had never met, never spoken to, and was never even seated near (she was an alto and I was a soprano) came up and asked if I’d sign her yearbook. I didn’t even know her name until I saw it written in there. I just wrote some generic “Have a great summer” message and after she read it, I still can’t believe this, she read the inscription aloud in the same incredulous way one might read a statement about how donuts are a health food and then, right in front of me but not directly to me, mind you, complained loudly about how I didn’t write anything about her and what she was like and what I liked about her. It was confusing the heck out of me, so I did what I do when something truly ridiculous happens; I draw a comic about it.My stupid scanner cut off Hollywood’s full name and I messed up on Chelsey the wolf girl’s feet. (Those sketchbooks don’t take white out very well). Jock the big horned sheep’s expression is odd and Roxy’s waist is way too small. And now that I look at it again it’s not that funny (not as funny as what led up to it anyway).
