Like I said before, haven't you heard the saying "There's no 'I' in 'team', but there is 'me'"? You can't directly get 'me' from team unless you rearrange the letters to make up 'me'.

It depends on your area of judgment. For example, if we consider the criterion "shape", then you can say that a circle and a square are different in the same way (that same way being the specified criterion; they both differ in shape).
Pedantry aside, if everyone is special, that means that no one is. They're all the same in that they're all different in equally meaningful/meaningless ways. That said, some people are more unique than others.Β
