The brown tabby she-cat sighed, green eyes scanning the cliff-side. Her heart was thumping with anticipation as she waited for the cat to arrive. She had long since made up her mind about what she needed to do, but there was a part of her that doubted and feared her decision. She glanced down at her paws. Beside them lay two identical calico kits. They looked up at her with wide emerald eyes, and Song smiled at them.

“Mommy,” one of the kits mewed. Her voice was so small, so fragile, and she still was unable to say much more than that word.

She’s still so young. Song thought, and a prick of doubt tainted her determination. She fought the feeling back. But she’s old enough for this, and he’ll take good care of her I know!

Bending down, Song murmured,

“Don’t worry, kits. Your father will be here soon.”

Sorry for messing up Shard and her sisters design... Yeah... heh... she was hard to color! And I didn't think you'd have enough time to respond so I just winged Songs design. Either way! I worked on a background! I haven;t draw a back ground in bloody ages and I still wanna punch this one.

Characters: Song(brown tabby she-cat), Shard(calico, she-kit standing up), and I'm not sure about Shards sister who is laying down, curled in a little ball of cuteness.

I really hope you like it! I worked really hard on this! >///< I also tried working with new brushes and lighting! I am happy with the way the lighting turned out. xD
