The after pic is adorable. I'm crap at guy anatomy. Girls, yeah I'm fairly decent with drawing them. But guys are just so difficult for me. XD You're amazing.

The pose in the after one looks... oddly familiar. Did you use a reference or something? I think there's a huge improvement, but I feel like I've seen the after picture from somewhere before. That's still an amazing improvement.
