i just finished this, i started it just two days ago and i've spent about 8-10 hours on it, i wanted to make it look comic bookish; yet keep a photo realistic impression to it, i made the face almost all white so it most likely is the first place your eyes are drawn to because it's the biggest area, i also have one in progress of gerard with the same kind of comic thing going on aswell, i used a mixture of derwent, crayola, hunter, faber castell colored pencils and a bic grip roller fine~CornMuffin was inspired by my artwork [link]

Oh, I really love your style. It has a certain... je ne sais quoi.
The balance between realism and, eh, stylism (right?) is really good I think, the drawing has lots of detail while still retaining a smooth comic style. The way you draw attention to your subjects by keeping them almost white is interesting and I like it very much; I think it would be certainly be an option to make the background darker, to prevent the subject from blending in with the background tones, and to add some tension to and emphasis on the subject.

Is that left eye's iris little bit bigger than right? I think it is, but it isn't anything big thing
And now I looked at that again and saw you've used marker pen. [Yes, I read that text but not that peruse :'D] I think colored pencils and marker pen looks very great. I would have ever realized that combination with "big drawings" like this. I have only used colored pencil and marker pens with my comics. But I think I would just ruin my drawing if I started to draw with marker pen there.
I like very much that hair. You have drawn and colored it very well.

this looks really good it has a lot of detail and looks very realistic and very similar to what mikey actually looks like and I would most likely take like week or more to do something this good the only thing i can point out is that mikey's eyes have a slight touch of green. although brown is the dominate color so its not that big a deal
