My version of explaining how to make ruffles aka. folds.Actually the ruffles are normal ''Z'' shapes and backwards ''Z'' shapes, sometimes the one is more curvy than the other.
I hope this is good.
I would have deleted the blue background but I accidentally saved it with the blue background instead. -3-
