GTA Waxx returns once more with feeling with the name Ottis Grey, his nickname is OG. Heck he is even confident to call himself an OG Scrafty, he runs a gang known as the Scrappy Families in a street known as the Crafty Grove.

Bernard the Meowstic "Deal's a deal, loyalty deal"

A calm Meowstic with a completely unknown background of his past life and is almost silent and rarely talks, he seems to take everything a stride. Very loyal but doesn't take a slightest mistreat on any boss who tries it on him or either betray him lightly. Actions speak louder than words is this Meowstic's nature

Avto Lashnikov "I sold people, I killed people. Perhaps here...things will be different"

A former war veteran, released out from prison after participating in a Pokemon smuggling ring. This Serbian Furret is cold, a hard one enough to protect his brother by killing people who messes with his family. He has an explosive temper when he is manipulated, betrayed or his loyalty is suspected, but helps anyone defenseless and out of luck, however for such a split attitude leads to his hypocrisy. It highly shows that he is a pessimist. Don't make him angry, because if you do, he will crack your skull open in anyway no matter what

Genki Iwao "Makes life easier, if you buy people"

A spoiled rich-kid Mienfoo with an arrogant and quick-witted style and a member of a Yakuza gang. He does not value honor and tradition because he claims "It's 2019 not 1403 or old day s*it". However he is loyal to the Yakuza and his family, little hesitation of following their orders. At times he seems to dislike people he worked with.
