Yup, it's recent, but unfortunately it doesn't have any bodygroup for the eyes.

Converted the textures into jpgs with VTFEdit and put into paint.net and then converted the edited texture back into a texture file. Voila!

I admittedly have never used Gary's Mod, so I know very little about it. I'm extremely old fashioned with my art style. I use paper, pencil and pen, scan it and edit it in Photoshop 2008. XD
