The refletion needs work
on the grayscale one it looks like just anothe solid line, I think you could fix this problem by giving the shadow a gradant from the shadow color to transperent or white also i think that you did i relly good job on the over all design
the only other thing i would chand is put i button like thing in the center the mirrors the color elemnets in the logo

Si tenes razon, hay algunas variantes para esos tamaños grandes donde solo va el Logo sin tipografia.
