did you do that in colored pencil or oil pastel??? the blending looks like oil pastel but for some reason it looks like colored pastel!! really good piece of work here!

this was done in prismacolor pencils. amazing blending capacity and bright, vibrant color. worth the money, i recommend them to any and every artist.
