I thought about it, but I don't know. I guess it depends on if there's a demand for it. Arkham Files gives more info, so I'm not sure why we need to have both.

It's a reference to a batman adventures comic (comics which ran along the 90s TV show) in which Catwoman once robbed some jewelry stores disguised as Roxy, which lead to a fight. I may be wrong but I believe that's the reference.
