Can you or Phil make Prank?, His real name is Donnie. he's from The Batman (2004-2008) and Donnie only made one appearance in the series which was S3/E10 ''The apprentice''. You can redesign him and make him older like a 3rd-year college student but, still young as a High schooler with long crazy hair. also, I gave him an Last name: Prankson. He Was jokers sidekick and work with him until joker when too far to be apart with his crimes. As he started to opposed to joker's ways, joker then forcing and grabbing to his hideout to toss him in the chemicals so he can not just 'look the part but, be the part". sorry I posted this on HQ art before
