I was wondering the same thing. I had an idea to make him into a composite character with Nobody (Since Henry Ducard is just one of Ra's' aliases in Earth-27) and Maya could be a composite character with Damian's cousin Mara.

Actually yeah, Bruce and Oliver did marry Talia and Nyssa. It was a LoA marriage, but still. And they never got properly divorced, so technically Oliver and Bruce are still in-laws.
