observations(these may just be my imagination):
the head tilt looks odd, and the hair line makes her face look a bit like a classic drama mask. Left hand looks a touch small, and the right index finger looks a touch odd.
pure opinion:
I love how you drew her more of a thick-athleticly muscular build than the thiner-weaker looking build I remeber her having. And I certinly love the ample rack
