It was meant to be made with thread... Very tricky to make with wire.
The beads are size 11 Toho (japanese seed beads)

Ah okay, well i was thinking like a very thin guage of wire, like 32 g or something to pose it better ^^

It has a lot of places where thread changes direction... And that's where wire will tangle and get 'knots'
So I'm not sure if it's a good idea...

For step thirteen it looks like there are two diagrams. Why and which ine do I use and what is it/they are telling me?

They show tubular ndebele (herringbone). First one is the starting row (how I did it), but starting with ladder stitch is good too. Second just shows how to make more rows.

Oh. You can try make the horn with several bead sizes (bigger beads at the bottom, then small ones for the top)
Or the same way as tail spikes here- Maybe bugles or claw-shaped beads will work too.
