You're welcome! Honestly, I didn't realize, or had forgotten, or something, that a titmouse was a bird. Is it related to other tits? It looks like it is. Cute li'l thing.

As far as I know they are from the same family of birds, yes. I was actually surprised to see similar birds in Europe and other places.

That would surprise me, as well. When I moved to the Pacific Northwest, most the birds I was familiar with, like cardinals, bobwhites, bluejays, etc. aren't out here. Instead it's eagles, crows, herons, etc.!

Very pretty. Amazing detail. What type of lens did you use? My 300mm doesn't get anywhere near this amount of detail.

The lens isn't that great at all, it's a Nikon 70-300 mm 5.6 ED I think. Tripod and bright light was the key.
