Just a crappy collage I came up with...The Story I had in mind while making this pic:
Having been tormented by M. Bison way too many times, Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li and Sakura saw no other option than to side with Akuma, the Master of the Fists, with the hopes to defeat Bison once and for all. This meant that they had to give in to their Evil selves. Akuma accepted the offer, and brought out the Satsui no Hadou in Ryu, Ken and Sakura, and poured a portion of his power into Chun-Li, the resulting energies emanating making them even stronger and, since his victory over Rugal some time earlier, Akuma became Shin Akuma.
The combined powers of Evil Ryu, Evil Ken, Dark Chun-Li, Dark Sakura and Shin Akuma was too much for M. Bison to handle, and soon enough he was killed in an en masse Shun Goku Satsu.
But this victory had a side effect, an effect that was unforseen by Ryu, Ken, Sakura and Chun-Li, and even Akuma was surprised. The Satsui no Hadou in them flowed through their bodies, and the energy emanating from it merged into one, causing the five to get psychically linked to one another, and sending them on a rampage to anyone seen fit or unworthy of a challenge! Can someone stop the rampaging warriors before the entire population of the Earth gets the full force from the Shun Goku Satsu at worst?!

Oh, I only use Rare Akuma in case I'm fighting stronger characters, like The Nightmare SSJ3, Dark Orochi, Hyper Mizuchi et al.

Rare Akuma can defeat The Nightmare SSJ3 even when the latter IS in SSJ5 mode.

I've never seen Chun-Li in a drak state. I herd that SNK tried to make Chun-Li into Dark Lady(dark side of her I guess). But never seen Capcom do this. Just so you know, I like Chun-Li. I have a but load of her art.

Cool idea but with your story even though the Dark Hado is evil by nature and Akuma preforms the martial art called Ansatsuken(Assassin Fist), which incorporates elements of karate, judo, and kempo. He also knows Shun Goku Satsu ( Instant Hell Murder or The Raging Demon) but even with dark intents Akuma still fights by a moral warrior code to test his strength and his opponent's. This means that he will only fight opponents that will provide a challenge, hence his refusal to fight unworthy challengers under any circumstances.

True, but he also kills anyone unworthy to live. Which is why Akuma leapt into the Arena during a tournament and killed Bison with the Shun Goku Satsu right away.

I know that, but I made this as a what if. Besides, Sakura has been taught her moves by Ryu and Ken so she may have the Dark Hadou, as does Ken himself as well.

Heh, that's the same Dark Sakura in the pic! I have another one by Drugen, but that's not really a good version. Further more, I have a Sunburned Sakura as alternate outfit from the CvS2 Sakura by Warusaki3 (WITH Shun Goku Satsu), and there is a similar version in the works on the Sakura by P.o.t.S. Not all poses are present, but her alternate form has a teleport move...
