Had a sketch of Nasu and Kudisha laying around, so I decided to work it out in this drawing.
Looks like Kudisha is wanting to discuss something with Nasu... it could be corresponding to the planet they're on, a mission objective, or something in general...

Me (DBZ): *Spots the Saiyan couple off in the distance and nods to Whitney* There. Maybe those two can tell us something about the mission...
Whitney (Saiyan): Hmm... *Spots their tails and is surprised* Fellow Saiyans, ehh? *She lands next to me as she approaches Kudisha and Nasu first, keeping her tail wrapped around her waist just in case* Hey! You two!
(Think of this as a what-if encounter if nothing else. Also, who's who here, cause I don't know which one is which as far as their names.

Kudisha: And? Any news about our homeworld?
Nasu: No. What annoys me more is that our former comrades now have turned on us, thus making them our enemies now...

Whitney (Saiyan): *Seeing Nasu and Kudisha talk to one another she overhears them speak of the Saiyan homeworld (I assume that's what they're talking about. 
Me (DBZ): Whit...
Whitney (Saiyan): No, it's fine Chris. It's best to bring the topic up, and help out fellow Saiyans. *Nods to Nasu and Kudisha* As I said, I know what happened, but... nether of you will like what I have to say...

Nasu: Oh? And who are you?
Kudisha: You're also a Saiyan?

Whitney (Saiyan): I am. *Nods as she unwraps her tail from around her waist to prove she's a Saiyan. Though her hair was straight and brown in color and her eyes a light blue color instead of black, she wore Saiyan armor and had her tail, proving enough she was a Saiyan herself* my name is Whitney. This name was given to me by my husband Chris here, after I lost most if not all my memories. As for Planet Vegeta...
I-I'm afraid Planet Vegeta... is gone. The planet was blown up... by Frieza.....

Me (DBZ): Yea... he fooled all of you into believing he could be trusted. But... in truth, he feared you. He feared you all would one day rise against him and so...
Whitney (Saiyan): So he snakes his way into our trust only to backstab us in the back in the end. *She was obviously angry herself as she clenched her fists shaking slightly*

Kudisha: So he tried to exterminate us... we'll make him and his men pay!

Me (DBZ): Thankfully, the Saiyans were avenged. Awhile back, I went to Planet Namek, home of the Namekians. It was there I met Whitney here and encountered Frieza himself. Eventually, it was Son Goku, a Saiyan born and raised on Earth, that defeated him for good. Which by the way, Kakarot was Goku's Saiyan name. Yea, he suffered a head injury as a young boy and so he lost all memory of his Saiyan heritage. *Nods to this before looking to Whitney, seeing the look in her eyes and knew what was coming*
Whitney (Saiyan): Still... Frieza nearly took Chris away from me as well... nearly killed him before my very eyes, just as he killed Kakarot's Earthling friend, Krillin.Β *Finally unable to control her emotions, she suddenly transforms before Nasu and Kudisha's eyes! Her hair turns golden yellow in color and her eyes changed to a green color as well* On that day, from nearly losing Chris and Krillin being killed, Kakarot and I both became this that you see before you... a Super Saiyan. It was this power that Frieza feared, and so his nightmare became a reality that day...

Whitney (Saiyan): Regardless, justice had been served and our race was avenged. Who knows, perhaps one day you two will also become Super Saiyans. But in the meantime, we both would like to make a offer to you.
Me (DBZ): That's right. We come here from a place known as Conton City. Together we are part of a group known as the Time Patrol. We dedicate ourselves to protecting time and even history itself. If you both would like, we are always on the lookout for powerful warriors, especially Saiyan warriors. So you two can come join the Time Patrol if you want.

Nasu: As much as we would like to...
Kudisha: ... we have to decline for now... we have to get ourselves together first and see where we want to go from there...

Me (DBZ): Hey, that's fine. No rush at all really, just take your time with things.
Whitney (Saiyan): Yea, no need to rush things along. *Hands the couple a scouter of some kind* This scouter will link you to Conton City directly. Once you're ready to go there, simply activate it like you would any scouter and it will transport you both there. *Nods as she hands the scouter to Nasu and Kudisha* In the meantime... seeing as you both are fellow Saiyans, now's a good at time as any to get further antiquated with one another. Besides, it's come to my attention only one of you has a tail... *Looks to Kudisha's tail at that*
Me (DBZ): Oh wow, yea that's right.

Nasu: I lost my tail during a tough battle against former comrades of the unit I served in.

Me (DBZ): I see... man, that must have been rough...
Whitney (Saiyan): No doubt... *Turns to his mate* So it seems you managed to keep your tail. Dare I ask then where you stand as far as our kind's natural weakness?
Me (DBZ): I was about to ask the same thing myself actually. Forgive us for asking, but that's just something we always feel like asking when meeting other Saiyans.Β Β

Kudisha: Nasu helped me in training my tail to avoid it hindering me or my enemies taking advantage of me.Β

Whitney (Saiyan): So I see, then. Indeed, a wise decision to do so. I myself have trained my tail after meeting with Chris, and he helped me there as well.
Me (DBZ): Then the two of should be safe for now. As far as I know, Frieza and his men were killed and defeated by Goku and all them during the battles we had with such enemies, but I'd still be cautious of course, just in case there were more soldiers and loyal followers of Frieza out there. I'm sure you two can handle yourselves since you're Saiyans of course.
Whitney (Saiyan): Quite. Still, might I offer some small advice? At the best, it's probably better to stay low for awhile, to make sure it's safe to move on from here. Never know who you'll bump into in this galaxy. As a fellow Saiyan survivor, I simply and humbly ask that you two be careful, alright?

Whitney (Saiyan): Of course. It's the least we can do for you both. That scouter I gave you will help too, so whenever you're ready to go to Conton City you just need that. For now, stay safe and we hope to hear from you again.
Me (DBZ): Yea. Take care, both of you.
*Nodding, Whitney and I wave to Nasu and his mate, as we both soon teleport back to Conton City from there*
