Here's an overview of Xenest in all of his forms.

From left to right:

Normal, Kaio-ken, Ultimate, Omega, Alsiel and Alsiel with Kaio-ken.

Xenest's 'forms' are actually the states he is in when the Satsui no Hadou power he inherited from Tempest and the Orochi Blood he inherited from Xeno are mixed to a degree where they influence his battle tactics. The higher the form Xenest is in, the higher the degree his powers are mixed and the more aggressive Xenest becomes in his attacks.

The Kaio-ken ability is inherited from Tempest and Xeno both, since the two learn this power-up technique from Goku in my Strange New Worlds serial.
