Megan : "Once we finished our stretching routine, it was time to hit the bags.

A smile flashed across DaisyPierce2000 's face when she saw me posture up in my kickboxing stance, thinking that we were going to work on striking. I heard JessiBowen slightly chuckle behind me as she knew what was coming.

I threw out my arm, but not with a closed fist... rather, it was an open palm, then my other arm shot out with an open palm as I hugged the bag. I looked over to the Showboat, whose smile quickly turned to puzzled, then a frown once she realized what I was prepping for. Shooting my arms up, I firmly gripped near the top of the bag and threw my legs around, tightly wrapping them around, locking my ankles. And as I made my slow descent upside down, our eyes met once more. I wasn't sure how many languages she knew, but it felt like she was swearing at me in at least 3 as she postured into the same position as me.

It was time for the Crazy Megs Upside Down Sit-up routine.

She too positioned herself, and at the count of 3, we were off with the grueling crunches.

Trying to have small talk with her during this was no easy feat, but I did anyways as I sneakily slipped in the rules: 'Same rules as always Daize.' I said. 'If you miss a beat or if you fall, you're gonna have to start over!'"
