I wanted to remake the top bar because there was so much wrong with it. And yes, I'm still using the Blue recolor.

Changes
1) I took away the "Watch" and "More" and placed the stuff from "More" in a line.
2) I put a "W" on the Bell on the right, which stands for the "Watch" that was removed. It doesn't need it, but why not?

That's it. You can see from the first link at the top what a combined Message Center could look like. I know that there was some things I forgot to edit or whatever for each of these submissions. Please ignore those.
